Return and Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

We do not accept returns on any seafood products once they have been shipped. All our products are perishable and handled under strict hygiene and quality standards. Once delivered, we cannot guarantee the condition if returned.

2. Quality Assurance

Every shipment undergoes careful inspection, quality checks, and appropriate cold chain handling before export. However, in the rare event of issues related to:

Damaged packaging upon arrival
Wrong or incomplete product delivery
Quality concerns supported by evidence (e.g., photos or inspection reports)

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

3. Refund or Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

Valid proof of damage or product issue (e.g., photographs, videos, third-party inspection reports)
Notification received within the specified time frame
Issues not caused by shipping delays, mishandling at destination, or storage negligence post-delivery

After verifying the claim, we may offer:

A replacement in your next shipment
A credit note for future orders

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Customer change of mind after shipment
